Essential oils have been around for centuries, and their popularity is only growing with the rise of the natural wellness trend. They not only smell great, they actually help relieve various ailments and illnesses. It’s no wonder more and more people are starting to use essential oils as natural remedies. Lavender

This is a healing oil that relieves headaches and nausea. It can also be used to treat skin conditions, promote relaxation, lower blood pressure, and increase libido.

Jasmine

This oil can be used to treat depression, boost libido, combat insomnia, balance hormones, and aid during childbirth.

Lemon

This oil helps with various ailments like indigestion and headaches. It’s also a general mood lifter and energy booster.

Essential oils can be used in diffusers and then inhaled, or applied to the skin. If you want to apply the oil to your skin be sure to dilute the oil with water as the oils are very highly concentrated. It’s best to avoid ingesting essential oils. They can also simply be used to add a nice scent to your home!
